Facilities

The ground floor of each of the two identical villas includes:

• A dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker (filter), microwave, toaster, table, chairs and anything else that is necessary.

• A living room with a fireplace, comfortable sofas and a bookcase with a built-in television, sound system and wireless internet service.

• A bedroom with a double bed, wardrobes with a built-in safe, bedside tables, toilet as well as a spacious bathroom and a washing machine.

An internal staircase leads to the first floor which includes:

• A bedroom with two separate beds which can become one double bed, wardrobes with a built-in safe, bedside tables and a toilet.

• A bedroom with two separate beds, wardrobes and bedside tables.

• A spacious bathroom with shower.

Every room is equipped with radiators and air conditioning.

To the north side of each villa you can find the pool complete with umbrellas and sunbeds and to the south there is the main entrance as well as a private parking space.

All areas of the ground floor (both inside and outside) are accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The villas are cleaned on a daily basis and the sheets and towels are changed twice a week.

Each villa also includes a barbecue grill and depending on the time of year, the residents will have the opportunity to try the farm’s own produce as well as fresh eggs when available.
